I would like to complaint about the attitude of the staff working in this celebrity fitness 1 Utama. Here goes the situation, yesterday around 4pm, there is a girl name Sharmin (if i'm not mistaken, the pronouncement is something like that) called me using private number, she told me that one of my friend have gave my name to them and there is a promotion on VIP 7 days free trial, whether i can go or not. I told her that i'm not free at this moment telling that tomorrow if i'm free i can go to take the pass. She leave her phone number as if any amendments i can call or message her to make another appointment.
Today, she called me at around 10am, i was busying doing my assignment half way she distracted me, i told he to hold on as i have to discuss with my friends whether can fetch me to 1 Utama or not as i didn't have transport, but then it's not successful so i told her that i'm not interested. But the way she replied me was so rude, she said if i'm not interested should tell her earlier, which she doesn't need to waste the time calling me so many times, and she force me to give another friends contact number so she can call them up, upon the time, i don't know which friends to give but she doesn't want to let go, i just end the call. She keep calling but i didn't pick up the calls, ended up due to frustration i picked it up, she say i'm wasting her time and scold me stupid.
Is this the way the staff should treat the customers? I'm curious on how the Human Resource Department recuit such a person that doesn't have ethics, and the way she spoken to me was so rude that i can't really accept it.

Haha, first time sending compaint email ler. Most of the thing mentioned above are true lar, especially the scolding part. Tomorrow gonna use Jun Yao's phone to call her and scold her. Private number lar.. haha.
