25th August i submitted my drop & add form, complaint letter to offset the P6 fee against F8 and P1 resit fee to Mr Teo.
No reply no reply no reply after like.. er, nearly 3 weeks i went to check my status, still taking p3, 6 and 7. Not even update my profile. Ask the admin Indian girl sitting without specs she said
"I will help me check, maybe your case still with finance department." Okie fine.
Few days before progress test 2, i went to ask again, to check my status, still paper p3, 6 and 7. That Indian girl promised me she will help me call Finance department. Okie fine again.
I went to sit for P1 progress test 2 using my own name and told them i'm resit student so i didn't sign on the attendance list, when the script finished marking, Soon Ying called me said i'm not registered why am i sitting for the test? I told her i submitted my complaint letter 1+ month ago but they haven't reply me yet, she want me to go admin office to check my status. Again i went, again another Indian girl thin wearing specs told me
"maybe my case still in Finance department",
I went down Finance department at around 245 which my class starting at 3 to enquire about my case, one staff told me that my case couldn't be settle as no such thing as offsetting,
She says "Course director can recommend but final decision is coming from Finance department"
I replied "shouldn't you all if can't solve my problem do reply me back? Now is like already almost 2 months but nobody reply me, is it unfair to me?"
She took my student card and help me check my letter, but not with Finance department. She says
"maybe your letter still with Ms Emily or Mr Teo". Okie fine.
I went back to Admin office and wanted to see Ms Emily that inefficient manager with her inefficient staffs but she wasn't in. So i asked that Indian again whether my complaint letter is with her. She checked and says yes is with her. What the fuck? I almost quarrel with Finance department but now my letter is still in admin for 2 months? And she some more says
"i'll deal with Soon Ying after pass your letter to Mr Teo"
Hey harlo!! My letter i submitted to Mr Teo and he passed to admin and now after 2 months only u want pass it to him? I thought he already approve and recommended it to Finance department??
I went to class at 3 but Mr Goh haven't come in yet. I went to lower ground floor to asked Soon Ying about my paper she says this few days only marker free to mark the papers but my paper don't know how. I went back to classroom Mr Goh already there. She came in after that passing scripts to Mr Goh and all are marked. What the fuck lying ar now?
During break i speak to Mr Goh about my case, he asked me to go straight to Mr Teo. But before i submitted my letter to him, i have to see him 3 times, waited 3 times average 30 minutes only be able to see him, he is so super busy. So i lazy, is admin inefficient not my fault.
Before mock, i went to asked again about my status still P3,6 and 7. And i checked my letter still with admin. What the fuck?
I doesn't care i just went for mock P1 today and wrote my name on the attendance list. Admin in noon called me saying i not registered but why am i went for mock? I went up bla bla again and that malay girl says that specs indian girl on leave for 1 week, then only be back, my personal file is with her but my they couldn't find my letter. I checked my status for the 5th time, and complaint to admin for the 5th time they promised will help will help will help.
Now left only 1 month to finals but my letter already with them for more than 2 months and what happened now?
I just want offset, cannot then call and tell me. Is that difficult to solve? Cannot solve tell me la!! Tell me!! What the fuck taking you all so long so solve?? Hey if any lecturers read this, please tell Mr Teo la, they staff he hired all fire lar, is so fucking inefficient!! is FUCKING INEFFICIENT!! Tell them me NG CHING YONG is fed up with their system!! I have to run from first floor to 3rd back to 1st back to 3rd back to 1st down to lower ground back to first for class, without using lift as i run out of time!! and i when i went in into the classroom air cond i was sweating!! How if i'm sick after that? Who compensate me? Who pity me?
When receiving fees u all very efficient!! That manager came in and said no pay fee can't attend classes, i paid!! and now what happened??
Fuck you la sunwaytes!! All your staffs really suck wei!! I didn't mean any of the lecturer but is your admin staffs!!
Sorry for being that rude but i'm fed up with the system! Wasting my time typing all this out!!
In p3 the CMMI your capability is level ZERO!! No capability at all!! Damnit!
