Beginning of March, CNY just over, already so *suey*.. what's next? still got 11.5 more months to go only the year of rabbit? rabbit year faster come!! bad luck shoo sho~ maybe i should go pray pray all the bad things go away. i am tired of everything and i think i deserve better treatment, i ensure the thing i do is quality enough thats why i don't even want to go toilet even though *kap niu* coz i scare i delay client's lunch time, i am sorry to delay one of their staff lunch time by 30+ minutes, i finish everything fast and come back home i am still keying in stuff, what they expect a junior to do? i am taking public transport back, mon0rail is kinda fast but waited for the k*M for 30+ minutes and had my lunch at 3pm, and continuing working till 5+pm. they expect me to go back to client at 3+? or they expect me take public transport back to client at 1+pm without having lunch? then how i going to go back from the another client?

I learnt my lesson today, and i will not repeat it again in the future.

I will be in Oil & G*s industry till May (they have a few countries reporting which *Y Msia have to audit, such a long period. But tomorrow and Friday i will be going "successful masa segi empat" to audit don't know what company? Heard is K*nny Rog*rs Roast*r, No idea. And the week right before CNY, i will be trying To**ta, for five days haha, something related O&G, according to IAS 36 (I think so), is cash generating unit, both dependent on each other, without O&G, a car can't move, and after a car pump in oil (petrol), they are generating income for O&G companies. LOL. Drive around with the car fill up full tank of fuel to makan chicken at successful masa segi empat.

Yeah~ looking forward for new engagement =)I LOVE AUDIT, always tell myself that HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA. A bit siao siao already me.

So far so good, but tomorrow don't know what's gonna happen, because senior is going to review my work as the job is due tomorrow, manager will be reviewing it on Sat. OMG!! Pray hard everything smooth lar.

Actually the company i am auditing now is already peak but i guess thats only applicable to senior only, i can't really help much (noob mar limited capability to help), thats why averagely i 830pm can go back already, not really that busy yet for me. So far latest also 930 balik from office only.

Good thing is, 830pm balik the jam will be cleared a little bit d even though the highway might still be a little bit jam. Another good thing is, i worked roughly only about 10 hours daily (if excluding lunch, msn a bit bit). Bad news is, almost everyday i have to jam an hour go KL, and back roughly about 40 minutes. Another bad news is, i work additional 2 hours daily but i don't think so i can claim my OT =(. 2 plus 2 plus 2 plus 2 plus 2..... if accumulate it it will be A LOT LEH!!

K lar tired, gonna off soon d. Good night, so far can still rest sufficiently, in the future?? No idea haha.

Why analytical review so hard to understand?? And a little bit of complicated and confusing. Kk for seniors / or those already have some months of working experience might found it damn easy. But i am just a starter lar please. After 1 week (5 days of REAL working), i finally have the chance to do some auditor's job, i mean for the passed 4 days other than vouching, i'm basically just doing some office boy job, i learnt analytical review today. HAPPY =), even though a bit stress, and at least i am using brain to do the task, previously all brainless / thinkless tasks..

Tired, exhausted. Some more now i haven't really that peak yet. in progress i guess. Haha.

Okay, lets update about myself, orientation for the first three days, fourth day senior fetch me go client's place, friday went by my own. Now i am in services and doing Oil and Gas industry, details are confidential so can't disclose anything lol. And today went for medical check up and went for classes.

When reach home, saw a letter address to me from a firm, the content is something as follow,

First time ever i received such an SAD letter :'(, if rejected d just don't send letter lar, what for wasting resources? i thought only shortlisted candidate will be notify? I am not complaining anything but a little bit sad sad when i read it. Some more thought they wanna hire me HAHAHAHA.

And i found actually the paper i am currently taking are pretty interesting, maybe because of the lecturer, first time attending his class and haha, found it not bad.. Hopefully i am able to clear it the first attempt.. AARRGGHHH~ a little bit regret why i didn't choose this option last time, now a bit headache have to read back those models models. =(

And yeah~ tomorrow is Sunday!! My the only day break in a week =) Yippee~

Okie emo post, if not interested can just ignore it.

No offer yet =.=" but i did went for a firm for interview last Friday, they said IF i got shortlisted the starting pay would be rm1.5k, and Saturdays have to work (choose either 1st and 3rd or 2nd or 4th), 6 days work and their pay is like rm1.5k, with second upper degree and 2 more professional papers to go. Worth going??

For me is like a lot lower compared to big 4, is like rm2.4k??.. okie let not say big 4, let say big 8, i think their starting pay will be like 2k also lor. Why no big 4 call me?? And 2 no reply at all, one didn't even try me and straight reject after knowing i passed my degree, weird huh?? And the other one i sent 3 times resume in total looking for it to reply but no news yet.

However i think i am desperate for job now, anything come to me i will just take i think. Rm1.5k will not save any of the money, at maximum i think only can gain experience and balance of maybe rm200 leftover.

And those who started work please don't demotivate me by saying work not good lar, very stress lar, very tiring lar.. bla bla!! All those are rubbish!! Who don't know is tired?? Why not they think this way? I am working now and this stupid fella still studying, i am earning 2.4k now and can save like rm800 a month own money and this stupid fella is still receiving rm300 pocket money from parents.

And what is so damn pissed off is, they keep depressing me by saying work not good work not good you know?? But they are paying their own fuel, meals and so on. But the stupid fella is still?? Depending on parents for everything. And what?? They might be able to save like, 10k a year earlier than me and can buy a house earlier than me and can retire earlier than me and can start investing earlier than me and they are still complaining??

If i couldn't get a job offer here, i will take 2 papers this semester, and i will make sure this will be my final semester!

If i get an offer here, i will work here and make sure June 2010 will be my final exam!! Real final!!

Ohya, i never regret of last semester behaviour (wrong word used perhaps??), i did study hard and i did pray for good results. But ended up i failed also.

And tomorrow onwards, i will be going college like last semester, to study and do questions!! (This will last till i get interview or offer) or (till the enrollment form for ACCA exam reach my house), then only i decided how many papers i will take.

For audit i think should be can cope, just have to refresh back, but for P5, i guess need help. Anyone willing to help me??

Isn't stupid?? One fella got a job offer from a medium size firm (quite reputable he thinks) in a good financially country but he doesn't look excited, at first he is excited over it. After a few days of thinking, he think he cannot live independently. He will be missing his family, staying alone there and so on. So he decided to reject the firm.

Wasted so much money on traveling there, post letters there, went there for interview, expenses including accommodation as well as foods and transport, and booked and paid flight tickets, but now since he is not going already so all will be wasted.

Oh, whatever la, at least he is not regret over his doing. Luckily he haven't sign anything yet.

Hope he can get a better job offer here. *pray hard*.

And next week onwards, guess i will have to started to touch my P7 notes as well as practice some questions.

Okie, decided!! Final decision!!

WORK IN SINGAPORE!! Received the offered email yesterday. Me going down to sign employment letter as well as do medical checkup on next Tuesday. Go and back on the same day. Also, to submit my employment pass form there, hope everything goes smooth, hope can get my working permit there.

And i will be taking audit there. About where to take the exam will consider later.

Now want i need to do is wait for Chin to help me find my accommodation.

And ready for the work. As well as trying to study my AUDIT P7!!! MUST PASS THIS ROUND!!

Went for class today, even though Mr G*h is still like normal lecturing but can see his heart is really aching, because the pass rate is quite low, the master list will only be announce on today's evening (after class).

Guess many optional people's failed this round, because what A*dit All**nce's partner told me was, so many people failed is because now is recession, and if ACC* let so many people pass their final level then the supply (graduates) will exceed the demand (recession auditor's turnover might fall), so the firms won't be recruiting so many fresh graduates.

Many of my friends even though failed but they still left with only one paper, a little bit envy them. T.T

And i already make up my mind, delay my graduation for AT LEAST ONE YEAR, which mean i will take a MINIMUM of 4.5 years to complete my course.

Oh, whatever lar, feel like crying now.

And i can't wait to work already because if i taking full time 2 papers, my gap with Ting will really be far far away. She is now already have 6 months working experience, if me delay again will be 12 months, if i work now max gap also like 8 months only. Really.. I don't want she save like 10K already me still haven't even start my working career yet. I know you all will say, why need care all these? Even she also told me that. But i mind ok?? I really mind!!

And Singapore's offer end game. The chances of me working there will be close to zero. Because LHL newsless, AA also as i said hopeless.

So i am looking forward to this Friday's B*k*r T*lly M*nt**r* H*ng. Hopefully everything goes smooth. And i really need a job now.

And i will make sure i WILL PASS my P7 this coming Dec!!

I am still under the depressed situation, still recovering, but i won't give up, i will stand up, even though many people left with only 1 paper (which mean they at least passed 1 paper), but i no regret because i did study hard for that finals, i did lots of questions but i still failed.

For the interview i attended yesterday, i don't really have the mood , so the interview ended kinda fast, less than 30 minutes. For the prior one, if today after 6pm no calls or email received, means i didn't get tp shortlisted as well.

I am looking forward for this coming Friday's interview, hope i can get a decent job in medium firm.

Okie, don't talk much, i am now going out for audit class.

Guess i will be taking audit (P7) this round and performance (P5) next year.

Zero good news, two bad news, one down (relief), one more to go.

Bad news are i failed P6 and P7 both bad news. Since CAT until now i NEVER fail 100% before. And this round i never even pass a single paper. :'(

Relief is because one interview is over, even she told me no vacancy currently, but they can try to take in 1 or 2 as backup, but doesn't guarantee because still need partner's approval. The interviewer is friendly =). But if partner's say cut cost means gg.

Got one more to go tomorrow before going back to KL. But i have no more mood because worse situation has came. But i'll still try tomorrow's interview.

Any comment what should i do?

Take 2 full time? Take 1 paper part time and work? Then have to delayed my graduation for at least 1 year? If working at Singapore then where should i study?

Should i continue to take tax? Malaysian taxation? i scored only 27 marks. And i studied freaking hard for it as compared to audit, and audit i got 45.

Really got it *xia xia qian*. I'll work harder and won't give up easily.

I will be traveling ALONE to Singapore on this coming Sunday as there is another interview for me on Monday afternoon, this one is L* H*ck L*ng, then i rescheduled All*ance Audit's interview to Tuesday morning so that i don't have to go twice.

At first i am really excited for it but until yesterday afternoon, my mood is nervous, worried and can't calm down.

I have settled everything by myself, booked accommodation, booked and collected bus tickets, and renew passport.

I also have the map with me, MRT map as well as the town's map.

Pei Chin will go and navigate me on Sunday but Monday and Tuesday interviews i will be alone. All by myself. This 3 days 2 nights down to Singapore really is my first time to be so independent. I really a little bit nervous now. Suddenly i felt so lonely.

Some more interview time is the time when results is coming out. I couldn't check my results there =(

Woohoo~ My first ever interview call by Audit All*ance!!

Will be off to Singapore on 29th August (planning to) and the interview would be on 31st August 10am. Wish me luck for the entrance test and have a smooth interview. =)

....................Still waiting for the replies from the firms, i have send to 15 firms (range from medium to small) in Singapore through email, but only 6 successfully send there. Other 9 all delivery failure. But so far still no reply. And i have send through Post Laju to Chin, she will help me photocopy and send to the firms there, all 15 firms, together with my attached certificates. Hope can find a decent job there. If no choice, i will work in Malaysia first, but if i go Singapore i think i can learn to be more independent there.

And ACCA results are just 12 or 11 more days to go. All the best people.

I have passed my OBU, but i wasn't as excited as when ACCA result is out that time. Or maybe because it is late by a year. Nothing much to celebrate. The more important result will be out soon on 17th August, don't think that time i'll be excited or what. Just pray hard.

And i'm frustrated attaching certificates over all the small firms. The connection is damn slow. Some even delivered failure. Sigh. I'm hungry now and will be off to dinner soon. Tata.

2 more days to Oxford Brookes University Degree results, pray hard that i can pass the thesis, and hopefully i can at least get a grade B for the project. Probably some of you might say, "cheh~ degree only, i got that since a year ago, what is a degree nowadays? Outside here are so many degree holders nowadays, even with a degree also difficult to find a secured job" "OBU is NOTHING!! Even with ACCA flying colours also doesn't prove that you can success in the working world". Those who had started working even said "Studying is nothing, working are so stress and tiring". And for me, NEVER EVER WORK before and i have NEVER EVER try hunger before. And money is so important nowadays, we cannot survive without it. and i feel studies are quite tough for me already, that stress of working i could not ever imagine. Worked until midnight 3-4am in the office? Average sleep of only 5, 6 hours a day? One day work up to 15-20 hours to meet the deadline?

But i really did worked hard for this degree ok? I failed my F8 twice, if not i also owned the degree age ago okie? I have finally killed the audit examiner then only i can progress with the project. But another nightmare going to come soon, ACCA results are another 20 more days to go. Guess that time i am going to get kill by the advance examiner. Pray hard Ching Yong!!

First of all, i would like to thank Kah Yean and her parents for letting us staying in Port Dickson's Bank Negara Malaysia's BUNGALOW!! The bungalow is HUGE!! Really!! So here goes our trip on Monday morning 10+am. The trip including Me, Ting, Yean, her parents, Hong, Adelee and Junyao. Kah Yean drove all the way down to PD, and guess my perodua kelisa 1000cc, can speed up to 120km/hr, Haha. Don't play play with you, your love one and friends life. Haha.

I visited jobstreet.com to find jobs, should i apply for small firms as an associate? Their pay will definitely be lower and experience wise might be narrower i guess. Or should i just wait for my degree and ACCA results out only i apply again in big 4 for at least medium (big 8 firms)?

Any idea? Grow mushroom lor everyday stay at home like that.

Jobless indicate no money, indicate gap between me and Ting will be don't know how to say, because she will get promotion soon and become senior soon, and me still associate. Haih.

And guess what? I found out I'm just an ordinary guy, during CAT time my class has 30+ students (Room 402). Tatt Hoong is super extraordinary as only he completed ACCA in 2.5 years, another 5 more are extraordinary which are Steven, Sui Yuan, Christine, Vern Yen and Sharee. This means those people who are taking more than 3 years to complete are normal while the above 6 mentioned people are either abnormal (kidding ar no offence) or too smart ++ hardwork also lar. Your parents will be proud of you all guys!!

My 300th post!! Gong xi gong xi!! What i did in this 1 whole week? Basically nothing much, quite bored other than Saturday paktor with Ting which i long time never go out with her d. *happy happy* Watched series, exercise (still fat), sleep (still not enough, pimples still a lot), applying for job, P*C i applied online halfway then i stopped and went out to pasar malam, the next day i tried again they said got duplicated accounted created which is me, then i tried to log in but failed. Then i applied K**G too, halfway need to scanned those certificates i don't have scanner so will go Ting's house to do it soon, but that is better as i can continue my application up to where i stopped yesterday. E* still no reply yet. I tried to apply Grant T******* but they are not hiring associate anymore for now. B** also no calls received.

My second brother's car is finally here, today he going to tender number plate, have to go JPJ for car check and so on.

What else? Nothing else, while recession i couldn't find job so just relax lor.

Got 10+ friends already being called up for interview. Interesting recession story for auditors, client could not afford to pay their audit and non audit fee on time, so auditors are force to cut their salaries or worse off, the firm might just freeze their recruitment. So here goes the options :

1. Age 23 - 24, takes 5 - 6 years to complete ACCA with 10 As in SPM, second upper degree.

or

2. Age 21 - 22 , takes 3 - 4 years (normal for the course) to complete ACCA with just only 2 As in SPM, second upper degree.

I take second upper class degree as example as many falls under this category.

According to rumour rumour, the firm will choose option 1, then what is the point studying hard in ACCA? The employer does not even call you up for interview and give you the chance to perform? Pity those poor performers in SPM leh.

12 more days (excluding tomorrow as will have Ernst and Young visit) to finals, jia you!! And 15 more days to freedom!! Haha.

I prayed to god if i can clear the 3 papers last semester i will go donate blood, but i told doctor i got G6PD which is a actually a deficiency, lack of one kind of enzyme that help red blood cells and bla bla go check for it if you wanna know the details. So my blood is basically useless for the patient so can't donate.

First first i fill up the form that time i asked one girl in charging there want, i got G6PD can i donate, she doesn't know what is that some more asked did i take pills? I didn't so i just said don't have then she said can, then i go for blood checking to identify my blood type, then i knew i'm type O, then went for pump blood pressure there, i asked the doctor if i got G6PD can i donate she bla bla to me and i doesn't really what she actually talking because she explaining in jargons to me and i failed my science so i just nod oooooo. Then she said i permanently cannot donate blood already because can't be use by other people because normal people is what 13 or 14 or abnormal people is don't know what lar. Then i say thank you then just leave lor, can't do anything also.

Have to think of other things to thank god also leh, eat more vegetarian maybe? Still got 2 more papers to go and i have been lazy for.... No lar still got study but mood not really there yet. Haha. Jia you!!

LOL, highly probable i might be participating in frisbee and tug of war, the team is recruiting in progress, Haha. my team member will be John (just knew him yesterday in P6 class, first day knowing him already forming a team for frisbee already, he learnt frisbee last year and participated), and Tan Lionel, have to find 3 more teammates Haha. I got zero experience in frisbee HAHAHA.

And tug of war, i will be in Yin Hov's team. Don't know who will be in my team also.

Who else? Badminton maybe, if not clashing with other games lar.

OMG one game rm4, if participate 3 games means rm12 already, chances of winning a medal is... remote. Whatever lar, participate for fun.

She sick since yesterday, doctor says she food poisoning because she vomited and *lao sai* (cirit-birit in english call what ar?) and her stomach a lot of wind. She took a half day leave and whole day leave today. Yesterday i went to visit her after my P7 class then i rush to KL for night class, her body is damn warm yesterday and she got fever. Today i accompanied her almost one whole day since i got no class and she seems better, but stomach still a lot of wind and headache and no appetite. Haih, pity her. I think she is not enough sleep and too stress up, crazy firm asked junior to attend stock take at 645 at sungai buloh, make her wake up at 5am early morning on weekends work till 7pm reach home 8+pm, worked almost everyday since the day she started working, including weekends, public holidays. Almost 60 days of working including non working days only got 5, 6 days rest? What the?? Torturing staff meh? And the average working hours of more than 10 hours daily i think.

A zillion thank to Mr Goh Hong Lim aka my lecturer aka my OBU project mentor, he really very dedicated. Sorry for troubling him so much and wasted so much of his time, i really did put in effort but i do not know why i still make a lot of mistakes. Maybe because of language problem, maybe my writing is in *dou kei* (small kid) form, does not seem to be mature and formal enough. However, that was PAST already, pass or fail is already fated, i cannot do anything on it already. Leave it to the god to decide, anyway, if i pass, all credit will be given to my mentor, even though i bear the degree title Haha. If i fail (touch wood la), i do not know what to say, then it is my fault la, maybe inadequate referencing.

And my special reschedule for audit's progress test 2, i skip it due to last night i slept at 3 to ensure that my report is 'True and Fair". And this morning i wake up at 6 to go college thought of going for the test but i just couldn't study in that 3 hours, guess why? Because my car does not have alarm want mar, i off the engine and forgot to take it out then i locked the car while closing the door already, so car locked, key inside. Second times in my life, who's fault? Then have to trouble my dad to bring me the spare key. LOL.

And also thank Yong We for helping me in teaching me how to burn my project into soft copy.

This one whole week i does not have enough sleep, probably an average of 5 hours a day because of rushing for the amendments for the project. But i think my mentor only have like 4 hours a day for the past 2-3 weeks, so pitiable (got such word ar?). Kelian him. Thinking of buying him something, any idea what to buy for him ar?

And yesterday we went Kuala Pilah for 'cheng ming', woke up at 6 also. But the weather is nice there, not hot because just finish raining only. Haha.

But today is so damn hot!!

Last but not least, study and study!! No time already la! 2 more months to go! Enough time for noob like me to catch up ar? Haih.

I do not know what happened to me but i just couldn't write the report in the report way. Haih, sorry Mr Goh for troubling you so much. To be honest, last night i slept at 4am to make my partially amendments, i'm sure he sleep lesser than me this 2 weeks. So pity him as a mentor. And i think he is damn patient to his mentees, and he will not show temper even though there are lots of mistakes make by the students especially me. And tomorrow is the deadline, i'm going to delay my submission date till next Monday as i'm still under reviewing and haven't finalize yet.

And the tree i planted (Ting gave me the bean to plant) finally grown so big, then mummy said got no much flower mostly leaf only so decided to *write it off* under Internation Accounting Standard 99. Taxation is really damn scary, don't play play with studies, even though got TWO good lecturers also doesn't guarantee me to understand the whole damn syllabus and clear the paper the first attempt. I'm currently so blur on what CKF teach on Friday, and what AYMC teach i'm still 'pending for understanding', haven't digest yet.

And i love this ---> "full time student part time study, part time student no time study" LOL

Audit is another problem too because i almost forget everything on P2 and P7 is link to it, god!! I'm going to revise it asap, on Tuesday probably, class at 3 but i'm going early to STUDY!!

OBU is in progress, finished the whole thing but still under reviewing and correction, amendments.

Pimples pimples have tortured me for 1 whole month already, scary man!! I want do facial la or do mask!! Never do before leh!! My face so scary so ugly!! :'(

You know what? By having a blog is damn dangerous, because people may visit your blog and if you post some photos showing who and who's house got this got that how rich are them but actually their money is from illegal sources of money and they reported to Inland Revenue Board
, if let IRB find out all those, they may sue you under section 114 for evasion of tax and you may ended up going into jail for 3 years, fine between rm2000 to rm20000, or both.

If you submit incorrect return, you are also guilty under section 113, culpable offence, no imprisonment imposed but you have to pay penalty within 40% to 100%.

P6 lecturer is funny, he is damn funny. Hahahahahaha. Steven's corner earning rm8000 per day by selling roti canai and so on and their net profit is rm2000-3000 daily. So what for study so hard? Go learn to cook bak kut teh get their recipe and started doing business la. Is tax free some more, don't want to talk so much about it la, later i get court. Hahahahahahaha. Very funny la him.

Last day of CNY, have to wait for another 12++ more months only got CNY again already, because of lunar calender the 5th month got double this year.

And you know what? This Wednesday 2pm to 5pm (less than 2 days) i'll have my progress test 2 for P7 and i haven't really study, except for section A, section B's contents are 72645167598 times more than section A. Sien, because what? Only the first 3 days and last 3 days of CNY i gotto gamble much, Saturday i gamble, Sunday also, today also, last day mar, play small small only la. Hopefully tomorrow gotto study for P7 lar. But i haven't pay fees yet lor haha. But my name appeared in attendance list wor. Whatever la.

I think i did too fast for OBU part 1 and 2 resulted in many errors made, is efficient but not effective, the time i spent on correcting it is more compared to the former. Thanks Mr Goh for being that patient for marking my script, he really very patient especially on my grammar, tenses all. Hope i will not disappoint him.

Dr Choong is funny. He is damn good, but a bit too fast which i a bit cannot cope with la. He is younger than i expected really. RM1430 for his paper is not expensive at all, he can motivate people some more leh LOL.

Just done my correction on part 1 and 2 and have to let Mr Goh review it again and done my Skills and Learning Statement liao. Woohoo~ But surely subject to amendments de lor.

Okie, lets update a bit, now is 1.45am but i'm still online. Why? Because i wanted to rush my OBU before Chinese New Year lor, but my deadline is before 16th February but i wanted to finish my analysis before tomorrow 2pm so i can submit it to my mentor to review but i couldn't make it. Sigh. I think probably few more points, 500 more words to go should be alright to make up 8500 words thesis. Plus i have not done the appendix and presentation slides plus my bibliography is quite messy, only have 15 bibliography. Haih. I think the remaining will take up about a day to finish la. I'll see how la.

Afternoon i went to pick Pei Ting and Chin here to assist me to do the project as they are pro, million thanks to them. Or *kaki nang* don't need paiseh paiseh la. Haha, okie la later people say me perasan what *kaki nang*. Haha. Then went ss2 wong kok char chan teng to have farewell dinner with collegemates because Pei Chin is leaving Malaysia to Singapore to start her career.

Okie, let post something on my studies, for p6, first day of lecture was pretty fine as he only explain the overall lectures sequences and revised on personal computation especially relief that we learnt since CAT paper 9. But for the second day, i was totally quite blur as he talked about section 108 account, capital allowances those, going to revised that before this Wednesday or before the third lecture begin.

As for p7, i did revised on it especially every Wednesday because class only starting at 1130 but i 715am will be in college already scare going at 9+ or 10 can't find parking. I did revised up to what Mr Goh teach but after reading about it i somehow might forget, so much la, a bit a bit slowly lor, at least is understandable, just need time to revise lor i guess.

But this few days i didn't revised p7 at all, don't need to say about p6 because so blur that need friends to help me. Because i'm busy for OBU on Thursday occupied whole day, Friday after class keep watching tv and so on.

And weekdays have to spring cleaning a bit lor, CNY coming mar, so busy also lor. Morning have to play basketball mar. Later evening if no rain also going out play. But i'm sicking already, flu + cough + sore throat, but only minor la. Hope heal faster lor.

CNY going back Kuala Pilah for half a day and then Malacca for 3 days.

I'm currently doing well for my OBU thesis, finished part 1 and part 2 consist of max 2500 words (I only wrote 2361 words), submitted to my mentor Mr Goh to check. What i can say about him? He is really a very good mentor that guide us very closely, he explained what should us do in details for 45 minutes, really very patient although he has 17 students, he called it as mentee to guide on.

Haha, Mr Marcus also nice la last time when he guided me but he often will chit chat with us although is unrelated to the thesis. Haha. Too bad i got no fate to go under him due to failure of F8 twice. So god please let me clear it this round!

Yesterday was my first meeting with Mr Goh and he taught us what to do for the project, i went back and started to work for it until 130am only finished printing it out, slept till this morning 11am only wake up. Hope not much to amend la. Haha. But i think will have lots of tenses or grammar error or sentences not smooth as my English, those people who know me well will know because is really poor, thats why i'm blogging to improve my English. Trying to speak more in English as well.

Chinese New Year is getting closer and closer!! Hope can complete the thesis asap so i don't have to busy doing my thesis during CNY!!

My OBU project mentor is currently under Mr Goh, he is the MOST POPULAR mentor for Sunway College. Why such thing happened? Is because my EX mentor for only 1 day, i did the SLS on Friday night and send to her through email on Saturday midnight. I'm so rushing for it because i really hope to complete it fast and she no reply me. Sms also no reply, facebook also no reply, msn also no reply and today i went to see her and guess what she said?

She said, i know you owned a blog and talk about Sunway and u express it out and let the whole world to know and ... bla bla what the.. Okie fine. I'm just expressing my opinion here. If like that the blogger everyday will only blog about i wake up eat, shit, sleep. What is the blog for? Sunway admin staff is really not friendly, efficient and effective, you ask 100, 99 people will say so.

And i go Kasturi for Taxation, is there anything wrong, i post about it also wrong?

Is because i'm currently doing my OBU thesis, sienz. people early early already finished the whole thing already got job some already started working with it most going to start soon on February, and me? I started with it at 8pm just now, 10pm took a supper break until 11pm then continue till 130pm. And i think whether is Ms Joyce style or other reason, i thought people completed the whole project only started doing learning and skill statement (previously known as key skill statement), but she requires us to start with it first. Attended P7 part time class yesterday, the class was in LT5, only 30+ people occupying that classroom. Very quiet, no noise. I don't really like it, so i'm joining full time on Wednesday. I don't care is the class full or not, unless it is really pack otherwise i'll join full time. Part time i only know Khor Yee Phing there, sorry if i leave you alone in full time. The class is too quiet that i can fall asleep.

Oh ya, i got one more bad news, is that bad or just normal i'm not so sure but my obu mentor is no longer Mr Goh, because Peter says he already got 13 students. Sienz, that time some more says available make me so happy. So i'm currently under Ms Joyce, a lecturer that i never come across with, hopefully she is able to assist in my thesis. I can only start my project after 16th Jan because she just got married 2 days ago, now honeymooning i guess.

Choong Kwai Fatt (Don't know whether correct spelling or not) is teaching Advance Taxation in Sunway which is a good news for the students but he is only able to start his lectures on 6th February, anyway, that fat indian admin staff told me that his class already full, so she put me in waiting list, don't know whether she doesn't like me wanted to take revenge on me or what because Khoryeephing can switch her P4 to P6 but i can't pre enrol. Anyway, i've already enrolled in Kasturi College near Petaling Street for p6, so i'm going every Wednesday night 630-930 by train.

Last but not least, I still have an excess of RM1370 in Sunway which mean if i only taking one paper i only have to pay RM345 (1430 new fees per paper +285 student resources fee - 1370 the excess). But i thought last time we already paid 1180 now we only have to top up the balance of 30%? Oh ya, Sunway College, no matter what u complaint also wouldn't success, so forget about it just pay RM345 for one paper, RM1775 for 2 papers. Whatever lar money eater Sunway College. Fed up with their services and fees charges d.

Friday morning at about 1045am four of us me, ting, jyao and vyen headed to Malacca. Me became the driver first time drive long journey. Haha. Reach my grandma's house at about 1pm. Fetch my cousin along to become the navigator. Went to red house near Jonker Walk, park our car there and went for lunch.

I'm back from Malacca, thanks Ting, Jun Yao and Vern Yen for making this trip smooth. Haha, a million thank to my cousin too, he was the tour guide for the past 2 days. We went lots of places in the past 2 days. Joanna join us too on Friday.

Thank god it only happened this morning, if yesterday don't know how i come back also. I today on diet, drank 1 glass of milo, half a tin 100 plus and 2 packets of teh-o, dinner was porridge from nanking at taipan, i finished one third of it, no appetite.

Finally, my case settled, after 2 months and 3 weeks waiting, and finals are just 2 weeks from now, opps, less than 2 weeks i should say.

My P1 mock not mark due to *not enroll*, i went to get it back from Soon Ying and passed it to Mr Goh, but since now i'm LEGAL so he will get the marker to mark for me or he will mark himself.

Today i went to see Mr Teo, i wanted to ask him to sign on the Full Time pre-enroll form register for only 1 paper because admin said must at least enroll 2 papers for full time, part time have to pay rm300, and that freak Emily is there, Teo already said wave that 300 she said cannot? She think she very big meh now?

Then Teo asked what papers i'm currently taking i said 8, 1, 3. He says should left 2 more optionals, i told him i taking tax outside, then i told him Alan Yeo, then he shoot Alan Yeo not good, keep mentioning about the pass rate. He says got one student didn't take P1 in Sunwaytes (took outside) now got offer from E&Y but need reference letter but Sunway can't issue due to he didn't complete the whole course (not all papers taking in Sunway) in ACCA. I thought many people also taking outside for optional papers? Tiger is a proof, James told me he *intimidate* me only because Teo want me to take in Sunway.

God!! What should i do? If i taking tax in Sunway, i have to pay extra 1430 because my money just offset-ed, So much money leh!! Not parents can't afford but i don't think Miss Kok is good enough.

Walau i need consultant man!! Better focus in studies this kind of thing think later. Oh ya, i sicking, flu non-stop. Quite terrible. Haihz..

Monday went to college because Ting working.

Tuesday - Thursday P3 EDC.

Today P3 mock, thank god it is not finals, i got no idea what am i writing. After that went lunch with all *final semester* students. All of them were talking about working, big 4, salary.. etc..

I felt down that time so i went back to library. I almost cry that time, my eyes already got the tear d lor but i don't dare to cry out because in library. Ting came after that to accompany me.

3pm to 830pm went p1 resit class. Admin staff with Emily came in, to check who didn't pay fees, i shoot emily the manager, "your staffs are not efficient keep my letter for 2 months only send down to finance, some more dare to come check on me?" Haha, heart suddenly felt so comfortable after that, all the students + Mr Fung just kept quiet because i speak quite rude that time. Haha. Who cares. She took my name say will check on me but didn't come back after that. Oh ya, yesterday i filled up the evaluation form on sunway college, lecturers all i put 10 perfect!! Haha see i so good. But admin i put VERY POOR, comments on them keep shooting on them. I hope someone who read it really can take action to improve their quality. I hope the evaluation form really works. Anyone wanna comment on the college can go fill in also. Shoot sunwaytes admin staffs la.

17 more days to F8 exam. Third attempt!! Moving towards to achieve my goal!! My goal, interview by big four company next semester!!

I fear of blood donation, i was telling myself don't scare don't panic but i just couldn't overcome it, help people suppose to be a good thing leh, i hope i can overcome it asap, overcome this phobia, help more people by donating my blood, i guess i'm healthy enough to help people, i know it is not pain but hor, haih.. maybe i just scare of blood, so many girls are much braver than me. You know why EPF's arrangement adjust employees’ contribution to 8%? And this seems like a FORCE? Because they know Sunway students have difficulty in paying their tuition fees, pass rate drop i admit is students fault, not lecturers, i repeat, not lecturers fault, but they increase the fees, 300 transaction fee to change the status from full time to part time, is it that sophisticated to click that few transactions that need to charge that much?? +++ inefficient staffs, many of the students already fed up with their services.

I thought government encourage hypermarket, mamak stalls to reduce the goods and services price. I thought hypermarkets also profit oriented company? But they also reduced the prices for necessary daily products. I thought education also a necessary 'product' nowadays? And why la they didn't reduce the fees while keep increasing keep increasing keep increasing?????? God! I dare not to tell my parents about all these problems.

So what do you think? 8% or 11% better? I thought government encourage us to have more savings rather than spending more? Why make it mandatory rather than voluntary? Some more need to fill up what form if you wished to maintain the 11%. Haih.

Protest la if you don't like, i mean like the EPF's case although not applicable to me now, but i hope it remain at 11%, better if 15%. And i think most of the sunwaytes students will DISAGREE with the so call transaction fee, as students rights, protest also la. Individual won't success but if unionised, i guess 'keep satisfied' stakeholders will intervene, they are just simply too much.

For the sixth time i went to ask about my status, this time i talked to another admin girl name Indra i guess, 4th table from the outer table . She is a nice and friendly person, the only one i guess is nice.

The first fat indian RUBBISH NOOB, other people come enquire about the course details she some more can eat keropok while replying to him, isn't rude and spoiling the reputation?

Second malay tall noob, what also don't know, what also can't settle have to asked that third thin indian specs lady.

The third lady also an inefficient noob, super inefficient hold my letter for what the hell 2+ months only passed it to Indra?

Fourth table lady, that friendly staff, told me she already submitted my letter before Deepavali, i told her about this was the sixth time i came, and she said sunwaytes here already settle just have to wait finance side manager to agree or disagree. So i said now i need to pre-enroll how? If my case can be offset i'll be taking only audit here if can't i have to enroll for both P6 and P7. So she told me only pre enroll for P7 enough la, others later only settle. So i pre enroll for P7 only and guess what?

Admin tall malay noob called me, saying that i can't enroll for 1 paper only for full time, unless i get approval from manager. And everyone in Sunway knows that manager is the most NOOB MANAGER among all other courses, i went to see her and get what she said? The mode from full time student change to part time have to pay rm300 charges!! WHAT THE HELL?? I'm SUNWAY STUDENT FOR 3 YEARS AND NEVER HEARD OF SUCH RULE BEFORE!! And i'm just a returning student for the paper that i have drop due to failures and i thought only have to pay 30% of 1180 and now u increase the fee to 1430 okie fine i don't mind if i pay the difference (1430-1180) and the 30%. But what is the 300 for? First time i heard of from full time change to part time IN THE SAME COLLEGE SAME COURSE SAME LEVEL SAME PAPER just that defer i have to PAY RM300. God! This is Sunway, profit oriented centre. God!!

F7 i also from full time changed to part time and they NEVER MENTIONED ABOUT THE MODE AT ALL, NEVER A SINGLE CENT!!

I'm just a student and not my parents can't afford to pay, but the inefficient staffs and some more extra charges makes us feel fed up. Really, after finals i gonna go talk to Mr Teo, oh please, they all so so.. speechless.. Worth it or not studying in Sunway for all those admin fee? Oh ya we paid rm285 semesterly or half yearly for the admin fee and ended up what we get? More than 2+ months almost 3 months and finals is less than a month and my case still PENDING. Just only send to finance department.

They really making me wanted to scold F word in front of them man. If secondary school life time, i already scold in front of teacher, but not during the class, is while playing ball teacher looking at i scold la. Today, James asked a very good question, because Mr Goh mentioned about Sequential numbering is to confirm completeness which is got to do with Substantive Testing, nothing to do with Test of Control. TOC is to confirm documents are being Pre-numbered. 2 semester ago all of us have been influenced by Ms Kiran saying that anything related to TOC is sequential pre numbering, i thought it is the same some more. Okie at least i learnt correct thing now.

Oh ya, i have to make sure next semester i can visit big 4 or 5 bringing my CV, resume, etc as a FINAL SEMESTER STUDENT!! I'm SOOOOOOOOOOOOOO ENVY them can go visits wearing nice nice formal wear. So super smart la them!! *emo*.

25th August i submitted my drop & add form, complaint letter to offset the P6 fee against F8 and P1 resit fee to Mr Teo.

No reply no reply no reply after like.. er, nearly 3 weeks i went to check my status, still taking p3, 6 and 7. Not even update my profile. Ask the admin Indian girl sitting without specs she said

"I will help me check, maybe your case still with finance department." Okie fine.

Few days before progress test 2, i went to ask again, to check my status, still paper p3, 6 and 7. That Indian girl promised me she will help me call Finance department. Okie fine again.

I went to sit for P1 progress test 2 using my own name and told them i'm resit student so i didn't sign on the attendance list, when the script finished marking, Soon Ying called me said i'm not registered why am i sitting for the test? I told her i submitted my complaint letter 1+ month ago but they haven't reply me yet, she want me to go admin office to check my status. Again i went, again another Indian girl thin wearing specs told me

"maybe my case still in Finance department",

I went down Finance department at around 245 which my class starting at 3 to enquire about my case, one staff told me that my case couldn't be settle as no such thing as offsetting,

She says "Course director can recommend but final decision is coming from Finance department"

I replied "shouldn't you all if can't solve my problem do reply me back? Now is like already almost 2 months but nobody reply me, is it unfair to me?"

She took my student card and help me check my letter, but not with Finance department. She says

"maybe your letter still with Ms Emily or Mr Teo". Okie fine.

I went back to Admin office and wanted to see Ms Emily that inefficient manager with her inefficient staffs but she wasn't in. So i asked that Indian again whether my complaint letter is with her. She checked and says yes is with her. What the fuck? I almost quarrel with Finance department but now my letter is still in admin for 2 months? And she some more says

"i'll deal with Soon Ying after pass your letter to Mr Teo"

Hey harlo!! My letter i submitted to Mr Teo and he passed to admin and now after 2 months only u want pass it to him? I thought he already approve and recommended it to Finance department??

I went to class at 3 but Mr Goh haven't come in yet. I went to lower ground floor to asked Soon Ying about my paper she says this few days only marker free to mark the papers but my paper don't know how. I went back to classroom Mr Goh already there. She came in after that passing scripts to Mr Goh and all are marked. What the fuck lying ar now?

During break i speak to Mr Goh about my case, he asked me to go straight to Mr Teo. But before i submitted my letter to him, i have to see him 3 times, waited 3 times average 30 minutes only be able to see him, he is so super busy. So i lazy, is admin inefficient not my fault.

Before mock, i went to asked again about my status still P3,6 and 7. And i checked my letter still with admin. What the fuck?

I doesn't care i just went for mock P1 today and wrote my name on the attendance list. Admin in noon called me saying i not registered but why am i went for mock? I went up bla bla again and that malay girl says that specs indian girl on leave for 1 week, then only be back, my personal file is with her but my they couldn't find my letter. I checked my status for the 5th time, and complaint to admin for the 5th time they promised will help will help will help.

Now left only 1 month to finals but my letter already with them for more than 2 months and what happened now?

I just want offset, cannot then call and tell me. Is that difficult to solve? Cannot solve tell me la!! Tell me!! What the fuck taking you all so long so solve?? Hey if any lecturers read this, please tell Mr Teo la, they staff he hired all fire lar, is so fucking inefficient!! is FUCKING INEFFICIENT!! Tell them me NG CHING YONG is fed up with their system!! I have to run from first floor to 3rd back to 1st back to 3rd back to 1st down to lower ground back to first for class, without using lift as i run out of time!! and i when i went in into the classroom air cond i was sweating!! How if i'm sick after that? Who compensate me? Who pity me?

When receiving fees u all very efficient!! That manager came in and said no pay fee can't attend classes, i paid!! and now what happened??

Just checked out my revision timetables, P3 normal class clashes with P1 resit class, so i decided to join the other group for revision. P1 I'll go for both Goh and Fung while P3 I'll only attend Marcus's class.

Problem here is, F8 i'll attend Goh's revision and i'm being persuading to go for Kasturi's revision as well which cost PARENTS Rm250 for 3 days class, should i go or don't go? Last semester i went for Sheila's revision which cost PARENTS Rm400 also 3 days class but i STILL FAILED with only 39 marks. Sigh, somebody help me!!

Maybe because of went too many lecturers lectures mixed up with their solving questions style thats why i scare. How lar?? Haih..

2 weeks ago on Friday, my niece coughing and her mum still brought her to my small uncle's house for swimming / play water with his daughters. End up having flu and coughing on Saturday and Sunday. after that from Monday to Friday flu + cough + fever + keep vomiting after meal + no appetite.

She went to the normal clinic for 4 times and on top of that she also went to see the specialist on Thursday! x-tray tested negative for denggi, mouth, foot, hand decease and so on.

But because of germs, her lung full of phlegm. Usually she only has fever at night. But after so many days and her fever has not subsided her parents decided to send her to SJMC. She was warded and had to go for the drip!!

this morning only she is allowed to discharge. Last time she was 13kg and the first day she was warded she was only 11.5kg as this one whole week she was sick. Now she is back to normal so active but her voice still sounds sick. Anyway, no fever is a good thing. Hopefully she can faster recover and go Langkawi together!! Haha.

Okie, yesterday was me and Pei Ting couple 1 year and 1 month anniversary. 1 1 sounds like newly coupled. But she has to work until around 5pm at the souvenir shop. After that only we went Subang Parade for 'tea-ner' ( tea time + dinner), ate sushi because they are having promotion. all plates are rm2!! anyway, it is still expensive RM5 and RM6 plates are only a few, mostly are rm4 plates. After that we went home and rush to hospital again to visit niece lor.

I have successfully planted the bean but there isn't any words on the leaf!! Kena cheated lar. Haha, but it's quite big now and the leaf are everywhere, quite messy.

Okie i apologise on yesterday's post commenting on lecturers, sorry if i'm too straight. I shouldn't have *teach* lecturer what should they do. All they do is just for our own benefits.

Attended p3 part time class today till 10pm, exhausted, that class is just simply too quiet and i don't even have a chance to ask questions because everyone will be looking around you if you ask questions. And most of them are girls, minority are gentlemen, mostly are in office wear!! So pretty and smart!! So after class only i ask him regarding to the progress test 2 question.

Part time reminding of me of F7 when i was in part time too, i still remember is Sunday classes in audi 7, i still remember Miss Menon always came in late and we chit chatting so loud and making so many noise is the class, that is probably the noisiest part time ever consist of mainly non-working students, i still remember usually she gave us almost 2 hours lunch break for us to do 1 question and 1 hour lunch, i still remember we write our own 'cash flow statement' because she say don't photocopy, want us to familiarise with that format, i still remember we one gang of friends went for lunch together, i still remember sometimes if night class, we all went bak kut teh in ss14, i still remember if got many hours break in between, friends will come to my house or adelee's house for a rest because usj near sunway.

In CAT and ACCA part 2, we were still together-gether having lunch together. Now, most of them are taking optional while i'm still in core and that FFFFFFFFF8. Now me every Monday and Tuesday, just go tapao vegetarian or waffle with Pei Li or some other friends, seldom whole gang go out for lunch or dinner already. Friends, i miss you all.

Okie this post is just a normal 'rubbish post' don't have to read de. Waste of time only.

God!! I'm quite down actually, guess why? Because i only have 45 for progress test 2 for audit, i got 57 for progress test 1 which i just realised i failed 1 week ago then test already. I couldn't believe my third sitting of the same paper with same past year questions which i had do like 6234562435234658974365 times before being tested and i thought i could get something around 60 because my question 5 confirm out, only have 6 marks due to not enough time for that question, but previous 4 questions i'm quite confident with it i guess, some more my Hivex only have 6 out of 20!! What the?? My answers are similar with that of the module answers i guess, and guess what comment i have? 'poor ratio analysis for analytical procedure'.. Sigh, anyway is just a test, no criticizing but i guess something wrong with the marker which is Marcus i guess. No offense, i'm expressing my opinion only. But hor, he really hor, today talk talk talk on audit class nothing related to audit for 1+ hour saying don't regret this and that in the future if we don't start work harder now, i understand is for our own good but 'mature' people like ME don't need to lecture gua, Utilitarianism 145 students but 85 students went for test mar, only 60 students didn't go so don't drag us in mar, they are so call 'minority'. They are young adults don't go their problem la. Better use your that 1+ hour to do 1 more question lor better and some minor minor short short interesting stories in between that will be more fun i guess. Sorry if i'm too straight. I'm *lecturer neutral* i don't have a particular loveable lecturer or hateable lecturer ya. All is equal, i egalitarianism leh. Anyway i still prefer Mr Goh teaching audit lor, he more pro in audit leh. Marcus still more suitable to P3, he is pro in that. LOL. Okie la after rubbish of so much, don't ask me anything about pt2 already, look forward. Blame me maybe morning i sit for P1 test while noon i sit for F8, exhausting gua. Excuses. Lol.

Sick, whole body ache, no strength headache, very cold, stomach pain, lao sai, feel like vomiting, thank god no fever.

Yesterday planned to go study do 4-5 questions but ended up only did 2, very sien. Morning woke up not feeling well already but Ting have to go college so have to fetch her go. Funny part is the whole college no class i wonder why her boss still ask her go work, wasting money only lor. Then we went pyramid bought cake for Qi's birthday when back that time Ting don't want drive then i mar drive la, thank god i'm still awake that time, i walked also unstable d lor that time i think. Luckily both of us reach home safely. Haha. I slept from yesterday night 715pm till 850am this morning, of course got wake up at 8+pm when mummy come see me asked want go visit doctor or not lar i said i'l alright, then 10+pm got wake up gua, 12+am, 4+am, 6+am when raining that time i know lor and near 9 i woke up lor.

God i need study lar this few days like.. sigh.. don't care la i sick leh. Luckily now no more headache and not cold liao. Body still a bit ache la, morning till now still lao sai 2 times d. Hope can fast fast recover la.

Today i did the remaining one p1 question, spend 2 hours on doing and typing it out. Didn't really put much effort on this question compared to yesterday night question 1 i think, yesterday night don't know why i'm not feeling sleepy while doing, only when i typing out that time only feel sleepy. Maybe because before that i played mahjung for 2 hours gua, when i play mahjung i really won't feel tired one lor. Big gambler me, play with family also like that. Play with friends, brother's friends until 3am i still feel very awake during chinese new year. Haha.

Okie basically today also didn't study much, is the third day of holiday but i only did 2 questions. Finals less than 2 months liao. However, today parents went genting so only me and bro staying at home watched *gar hou yuet yun* hong kong drama. He got the card of tvbi thing mar so can rent the dvd, but i only watched the last few episodes lar, from episode 34-40. Before that he watch i no watch. Thumbs up, spend like 5 hours (one episode average 45 minutes) on drama. Haha. I also did house work, sweep and mop floor only la which i often do also de lor. Then boil water which i seldom do de. Evening wanted to go out for basketball but started raining, yesterday drizzling. Sigh. Today tv a lot lor, mtv asia award, the taiwan celebrate 2008 new year one. and 5 hours drama.

Tomorrow started to study la, go college study! Hope can focus la.

Strategic risk is the risk affecting the organisation as a whole such as entrance of new competitors or advancement in technology for example product range that render the company's product to be obsolete. Failure to manage this risk at best will result in the organisation falling behind its competitor or at worse, threaten the going concern of the organisation. Economic factor is also an example for strategic risk as the 'needs' and 'wants' from each individual may be vary as they are from different background. Thus, the management should identify customers 'needs's as primary as everyone needs basic stuff such as clothes, foods to survive, 'wants' maybe secondary.

Operational risk at the other side refer to risk that affect the smooth running of the day to day business. Examples includes stock out situation for a particular type of raw material due to poor planning or high absentism due to workers suffering food poisoning. Increase in customers complaints and fraud perpetuated by staffs such as collusion among several employees or with third party could be operational risk as well.

The main difference between this two risks are the level of severity. As seen above, strategic risk is more serious compared to operational risk. However, if corrective measures are not taken to address operational risk, it may escalate to more serious and may turn it to become strategic risk.

Strategic risk is for long term action plan to achieve objectives set by the board comparatively with operational risk, is short term action plans translated from minor-minor strategies risk.

The person who responsible for strategic risk is stated in Enterprise Risk Profile (ERP) also known as risk register as immediate action must be taken to address this serious risk, The risk owner must identify the likelihood and impact of the risk and determined existing control take to address the risks. The time line to implement the plan is crucial if benchmark with operational risks. The risk owner usually determined by the board.

While responsibility of operational risk fall under each head departments for their division. For example, purchasing head is responsible to address the risk in their own department itself. Thus, their responsible is not so crucial as compared to strategic risk. However as mentioned above, corrective actions must be taken at the best earlier time possible.

The risk that could exist in Manage Limited for Utopia are as follows:

The main risk are financial risk that is extremely important to Utopia as they are in USA while Manage is in EU countries. Utopia need to pay Manage in let say Euro or Pounds sterling in order to acquire Manage, rather than in their own currency USD. If USD is weakening at the acquisition period, Utopia is expected to suffer extra cost. The control to reduce the impact of this risk is to hedge against the currency at certain rate so that to secured the cost and to avoid material fluctuation of the currency.

Besides that, is the debt finance risk. Utopia have to dispose off their subsidiaries in EU countries within one year in order to acquire Manage. The interest rate may be fluctuating as well affecting the cash flow to be tight. Worse case, Utopia acquisition of Manage may be six months and uncertain timing to buy over Manage Limited. The amount is also less clear as the income of subsidiary disposed is almost equal means? There might be some economic downpour that hardly to be predicted.

The culture in USA and UK is difference as the services expected by UK may be vary from USA's customers. Thus, Utopia may be unfamiliar with UK services industry ended up destroying the value of Manage that established for many years.

As mentioned in the case, Utopia can retained some Manage staff as they are more familiar with EU countries culture, rules, market etc. Thus, the Human Resources department should be retained by Manage staff but a few Utopia staffs to sit on Manage's board to observe them.
